Rental Policy

Terms and Rate: Rental terms and rates are for (7) days. Prices are for Rental Only. We do not offer our inventory for sale.
Renter is responsible for any damage to Props beyond the condition it was released in. Props must be returned in the same state as when they were released to the Renter; any modification of the Props constitutes damage. Damages to the Props may be billed as a repair, cleaning fee, or total replacement, which shall be determined at VIVIAN PLACE PROPS’s sole discretion.
Payment is billed Net 30
A Certificate of Insurance is required before renting
